Date of Completion: 2003 The new Headquarters for CAP of Lancaster County allowed the social service agency to consolidate in one building functions and services that had been scattered in buildings throughout Lancaster. The new facility houses the administrative offices, Offices for WIC, CCIS, Family Services, Youth Intervention, a Senior Center and six Headstart classrooms. The project is in within the City of Lancaster's Heritage Conservation District. As such, the design conforms with standards that allow it to fit within the surrounding historic neighborhood, while expressing a modern, youthful and welcoming character.
