Having outgrown their suburban location, Godfrey Advertising made the decision to move their headquarters back to Downtown Lancaster, the place they had left 10 years earlier. The excitement and renewed vitality of Downtown was an irresistible draw. Their new home occupies 25,000 SF of space within two historic downtown commercial buildings. It acts as the anchor to a larger rehabilitation project - Christian Street Court - that encompasses over 75,000 SF in four historic buildings and includes offices, retail space and a popular restaurant.
